As a long time Mac fanboy, I should probably make a statement, so here it is: I’m not going to talk about the whole Apple/EMI DRM-free, but for more money deal. It’s just not that interesting. Emusic is still DRM-free for less than iTunes DRM-filled tracks. Oh yeah, and major label music is still 99% crap.

Word… It has been a while for me on eMusic but I’m thinking about signing back up again. I must admit I miss the old days of the unlimited downloads from there though.

Their support isn’t what it used to be either. They screwed something up for a couple months, so I couldn’t update my credit card. I went through several support ticket responses, before I just gave up. Not a single support agent understood the problem… even with screen captures. Eventually, they fixed the problem and I’m happily giving them my money again.
